Making cost analysis of work items and presentation of them to the management. Making relevant cost analysis and receiving the approval of management for newly determined unit prices. Following the correspondences with management, creating top management reports. Making earned value analysis and determining the deviations in terms of time and cost. Making man-hour calculations and reporting the differences of planning and realization and the measurements to project manager. Creating Risk Management Plan and systematically determining and assessing the risks at every level with a certain method to reach Time and Cost targets of the project, taking measures for decreasing the effects of risks and following this process for effective operation.

Coordinating all Holding based disciplines regarding observing and managing all projects of Akkord in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan. By preparing goal and work plan and the performance budget; drafting weekly and monthly performance reports. Setting consolidated budgets to Holding management, reporting realizations and variances to the management. By setting up a structure to apply earned value analysis system, calculating Cost Performance Index and Work Program Performance Index of projects. Preparing assessments and Profit and Loss Account Statements accordingly with the work program and payment mechanism and preparing reports for realization of these programs in a coordinated manner with the Directorate of Financial Affairs. By assessing realization data coming from all units of the project, minimizing damages to the project that can be caused by possible coercions.
Negotiating with the employer regarding unpaid administrative claims when necessary. By supervising planning and cost engineers of the engineers, ensuring the continuity of the project within the targeted time and cost parameters and ensuring its control. Preparing cost control and report system of the project together with the finance. Warning Project Managers and other shareholders against Work plan and Budget variances. By field visits to ensure these systems aforementioned run properly, ensuring that cost and time developments are controlled.

Technical Office Manager in the Integrated Health Campus Project with capacity of 1253 beds in the closed area of 328.235 m2 to be built on a field of 232.000 m2 for Ministry of Health as per the Model of Public – Private Partnership.
Ensuring monitoring of the project in terms of time and cost by creating Project Budget and Work program, determination of different construction methods through value analyses if required and ensuring the project to continue within the budget limits.Creating tender packages based on the purchase in coordination with the design office and solving the problems in contractual meetings in tender period. Entering into subcontractor contracts and following-up of them and management of the contract. Making correspondences to be required to be done with the administration and project data which is necessary for technical consultants of the credit institutions. Management of progress payment of subcontractor. Project’s worksheet of Profit – Loss distribution statements based upon
Accruals and Cash and creating these in parallel with the payment mechanism and reporting actualizations in coordination with the Directorate of Financial Affairs.Ensuring minimization of the damage of possible threats which will affect the project by making Risk Analysis Assessments of actualization data obtained from all units of the project.

Tunnel Project of Gebele Square: Sitework Manager of the tunnel with Akademik Hasan Aliyev Pros. Length of 573 m and with its closed length of 130 m by temporary assignment. Approximately 8.000m2- fibretone covering of walls which are finishing works of the tunnel with an aggressive deadline, completion of 9600 m2 asphalt, electric infrastructure with Pharos automation system, 5.500 led montage through 22.000 m cabling within a period of 39 days .
Qazaq Rayonu Akkord Cement Plant: I have worked as Project Manager in of the construction of Akkord Cement Plant with 5.000 tone/day capacity in the construction and delivery of landscape area of 70.000 m2 which was required to be completed for opening and the plants to be used in operation of factory in this area in a period of 45 days and I have delivered them.
Gürcistan Gori and Kutaisi Road Projects: Making completed work reports of the tunnels, bridge and concrete road project which were built in Gori. Assessment of all analyses of the project with temporary assignment and presentation of reports regarding learned courses to be deemed as database for the company to the management. Accounting of parameters of all costs and time during work progress of 18% determined by works for ongoing large and small 10 overbridges, underbridges, waterways in Kutaisi and presentation of end-of-job projections to senior management.
I have worked as Project Manager in all craftsmanship, front and landscape works and the delivery of Ahmetli Kindergarten with 7000 m2 and Zarife Aliyeva Children’s Park with 4.000 m2 playingparks and landscape area which was required to be completed for opening in a period of 46 days.
